My wife and I visited this place for an authentic Kuwaiti restaurant experience, but it turned out to be a complete disaster. The service was appalling. The waitress had no knowledge of restaurant management and made a mistake by missing a sauce from our order. I asked for it twice, and she acted surprised when I pointed it out. To make matters worse, when I ordered the Daqoos, the kitchen informed me that it was out of stock for the day. To top it off, when I was paying, I always receive my receipt via email. However, when I wanted to choose that order, the same waitress removed it from the menu and handed me a printed receipt instead. When I insisted on the email receipt, she simply raised her eyebrows and stared at me in disbelief. The food was also disappointing. The sauce was missing again, so we had to eat the rice and chicken PLAIN. The atmosphere was unbearable. The loud music was accompanied by three industrial fans placed right next to the tables, creating an unbearable noise level. To add insult to injury, they only provided (POLYSTYRENE) go-boxes for takeout!! This restaurant has set a new standard for bad dining experiences. I will never return. Thank you for ruining our day.
Feels like you’re eating at someone’s home. Very authentic.
