This place used to be good, we ordered every week. Tonight was the worst experience we ever had. We ordered two bbq burgers and two orders of Buffalo wings. The burgers arrived dry and overcooked, they were tough. I asked for extra bbq on the side so they put none on the burgers. Both orders of wings were burnt black and had zero sauce on them. Never ordering from here again.

Terrible service. I got charged twice for my order, called the restaurant to get the extra charge refunded and I got the run around. I was told to call at 3pm to speak the owner Osman but his workers kept hanging up on me. I would not recommend this location, just poor customer service overall.

Okay here we go, I love the food. The food is honestly the best part about this place. The cooks are awesome. I come here probably 2 to 3 times a month. No question I love the food. But oh my lord is the service bad. On multiple occasions I’ve been in the process of ordering and paying for food and the main cashier will straight up leave the interaction/transaction and start helping someone else — which makes the whole process take longer. I’ve also been told a few times that they were too busy to take any orders over the phone and will show up 5 minutes later in person and it’s pretty much empty inside. The cashiers hands are also filthy. The screen they place the orders on is covered in grease marks and smudges and he doesn’t clean his hands in between grabbing food items for people and touching the screen and/or handing you things. He’ll go directly from touching the nasty screen to making a beverage for someone. It’s disgusting. He also will answer the phone and blatantly ignore you while he talks to someone in front of him. I honestly have never seen someone be so bad at a job before.
