GoogleUnfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. There was an offer clearly displayed on the window, but the staff informed us that it was not available in their system. We were then asked to wait until after 12 a.m., as we were told the offer would become valid at that time. After 12 a.m., we were informed that the offer still could not be applied. This lack of clear communication was confusing and frustrating, especially since the promotion was advertised on-site. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the place was quite poor, which further affected our experience. While we always appreciate honest communication and good service, this visit did not meet basic expectations in terms of professionalism or cleanliness.
