The menus clearly state that halal food is served.. All food at this restaurant is certified halal.
Sultan Pepper is a modern creation of restaurants, which represents the wide Mediterranean cuisine. Our main menu consists of fresh Mediterranean salads, unique chicken, beef, veggie grills, seafood, pastas, and the famous gyros, shawarma and falafel sandwiches. Cheese, herbs, balsamic vinegar and olive oil are used in all the preparations of our food.

Fresh and appealing variety of menu items with good flavor. It was slightly disappointing the falafel was "sold out" even though we arrived just after opening. Kabobs, hummus and garlic sauce (side) are well worth considering.
So I asked for the Sultan platter and I wanted to get veggies instead of rice and she told me no even though that’s what I’ve been getting here last couple days I’ve been here so I walked away. They lost a customer for life
Very good food and huge portions. The Chicken Cutlet is a little dry, but the popatos are amazing. The lemmonaid is really fresh and delisous. The staff were friendly and explained all the questions I had
Friendly staff and great food. Very clean. To the guy that complained about the smell of a table being cleaned in front of him (it was fabuloso) would you rather eat at a dirty restaurant? The smell wasn’t too strong. Place is amazing!
Is this the best Mediterranean food, no. Is it the best tasting, most filling and healthiest food you can get for $9 in the food court, yes. This is also the only, fast food type, restaurant where you can get a strict vegan or Orthodox meal during your fasting. Just make sure they use the tomato based sauce when they ask you if you want sauce!
The quality of the food is pathetic. Everything was cold. Quantity was tiny. For the same price I bought twice as much food which tasted much better from chipotle next door.i am posting photos of meals from both for comparison. Oval plate is from chipotle. Never coming back again.
Every time I come here lately they are very disorganized and the service is not like it used to be. They are very rude to their customers. They have it posted a combo with fries or the other combo with salad. I guess they no longer serve fries but instead of telling customers they say you can get a salad instead and then charge you extra for the soda on the side. I tried to explain that if your front worker is saying you can get a salad instead I think it’s reasonable to assume that you’re substituting the fries with the salad. If they would have said from the beginning that because we don’t have fries we don’t offer combo 1 anymore and the soda would be separate, I then can make the decision if I want to continue or not. They have done something to this to a co-worker of mine and the people in front of me even brought up last time they were there they were uncharged $3 and they didn’t want to do that again. The food is amazing but they are coming off shady and very rude lately.
Great spot for a quick work lunch inside the Galleria. The Sultan Platter is always my go to. Fast and friendly.
