Hangry Joe’s has the finest chicken wings in the Richmond area. They use “number one” fresh wings (large and the best quality) and each is lightly breaded with a spicy level you pick. The sauces are excellent… Especially the Spicy Barbecue, which is one of the best wing sauces I’ve ever tasted. The restaurant is as clean as a pin and run with pride by a fully engaged owner. Worth the trip if you want wings or a great chicken sandwich.
