A great place in Tower Hamlets Roman Road if you looking for Turkish food or a place to eat or break fast with friends. We booked a table for 6 people for Iftar. Manager confirmed he would check on our booking a few days before which they did. Asked if we wanted individual platters of a large platter to share. We went for 2 large sharing platters. On arrival staff were very welcoming. We were shown to our table and all tables were booked which is a good sign. Water and dates in containers were ready to break fast. Bread, salad and sauces arrived afterwards and our main platter. We told waiter to leave in kitchen until after prayers. We broke fast and had some bread and salad and went to the local mosque across the road to pray. Salad and bread were fresh tasty and nice sauces. When we returned the salad and bread were top up. Drinks order was taken and the platters arrived. The platter food tasted great, good spices and cooked to perfection. Meat on chicken wings, chops and ribs just came off the bone tender and tasty. Staff always came and checked up on us. They even allowed an extra chair to fit a late comer unannounced to the table. Everyone in our group of 6 completed the food, service, atmosphere and decor. A beautiful restaurant with great interior design, good ambiance and mood lighting in restaurant. Even though the restaurant wasn’t serving tea the staff young man by the name of Sulli went and made us normal tea on the house which was very lovely from him and the manager. The price was fair for what we got and eat and everyone left happy at the end of the evening. Will visit again with family and recommend to friends and family.
