I've always drove past this place & never understood why people love it so much until I tried it, I tried the Karak chai & Falooda and it was absolutely delicious. The chai was served at a very hot temperature and tasted very authentic, with a rich and satisfying flavour. The Falooda was delicious, generous amount of Falooda and ice cream. The wait time was also very quick—I only waited a few minutes, which was great for a takeaway order. However, one issue I noticed was the drive-thru situation late at night. When I went around 10:30 p.m, the queue extended all the way onto the main road. It was quite disruptive for regular traffic and could easily become dangerous for both drivers and pedestrians trying to cross. It was very uncomfortable. I’m generally not a fan of drive-thru setups that spill onto public roads because it creates congestion and feels unorganised. I’ve seen similar issues at other places, where the queue can also block traffic. Businesses offering a drive-thru should ideally have the proper space and infrastructure to manage it safely, similar to larger chains. Without that, it can become a hazard during busy times. Aside from that issue, the chai & flooda itself was excellent and definitely worth the price. I look forward to trying more from the menu in the future.
