I recently visited Meerut BBQ House Restaurant and had the opportunity to try several of their dishes. The Chicken Boti Paratha Roll was absolutely phenomenal super juicy, perfectly spiced, and packed with flavor. It’s easily one of the best BBQ rolls I’ve had. The Malai Boti was incredibly delicious, tender, and full of rich, creamy flavor. I also ordered the Chicken Breast Tikka to go, and it was perfectly cooked with an excellent marinade that made every bite flavorful and juicy. The only dish that disappointed me was the Fry Kabab. Unfortunately, it was awful in taste and didn’t match the quality of the other items. I hope the restaurant either improves the recipe or considers removing it from the menu because everything else was excellent. The staff was very attentive, the service was prompt and friendly, and there was plenty of parking available, making the overall experience very convenient. I’ll definitely be back for the Chicken Boti Paratha Roll, Malai Boti, and Chicken Tikka. Keep up the great work, and I hope the Fry Kabab gets the attention it needs!
