I popped into Wanasa kitchen, I was greeted by a friendly face, I sat down and ordered poached eggs on sourdough toast with a side portion of halloumi my fav with a hot matcha. The food came out very quickly. My food was delicious, the eggs were perfect, the halloumi wasn’t dry at all but really soft and tasty, just like my late Yiayia would make it. I sat there for hours doing some work and making a few calls. I stayed until closing time. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and I will definitely be returning. I just wanted to also mention Ariana, the lady that served me, she was so lovely & so knowledgeable about the food and drink. For me, it’s not just about wonderful food, It’s about the service, kindness you receive and the atmosphere, for me this is far more important because i remember how I felt leaving & that is what stays in my heart & will make me return so thank you very much for a lovely experience.
