GoogleWhenever I order lamb shoulder and forget to call them, they send the entire piece whole. It’s honestly one of the silliest things I’ve seen. Even if a customer forgets to specify the cut size, they should still cut it into reasonable pieces , no one cooks or eats a whole lamb shoulder as it is. It’s ridiculous to have to call every single time just to remind them. Now we’ll have to go all the way to the butcher shop just to get it cut.
