I placed my order correctly, but they gave me something completely different. The beef was terrible — one side even looked blue by the time I got home. To be honest I live in glendale heights, just 5 mins drive from store and i am there regular customer this happend third time. I thought they will improve but they didn't want to. Their service was careless, and it feels like they only care about making money, not customer satisfaction. I spent $56 for a beef order but ended up with something else. Very disappointed and won’t be returning.
