I ordered a burger during lunchtime and I was very hungry. Unfortunately, this burger was a complete case of expectation vs. reality. I did not like either the appearance or the taste. The burger in the picture looked completely different — juicy, full, and appetizing — but what I was served was very small and unappealing. It honestly felt like they had run out of ingredients and just used whatever was left. The patty was very small and thin, and because of that it was burned and impossible to eat. The tomato slice was extremely small and thin, and I was shocked by how little lettuce and onion they put in the burger. We also waited a very long time, and the girl who served us looked like she did not care at all. She did not even say sorry once. The attitude toward customers was very poor. They told me the refund would be processed within 3 business days, but I still have not received it. I went there because it is a halal place, but unfortunately I will never go back again.
