There is inconsistency in the store’s opening hours. Onsite signage states 9AM, while online platforms indicate 10AM. I came to purchase waffles and received conflicting information from staff—one advised returning in 10 minutes as the machine was not ready, while another later said 15 minutes. I was then questioned, in an unprofessional manner, on why I came “so early” for waffles. I came at the right opening hours of the store at 10am too. This is not about arriving early, but about the store operating according to its stated opening hours. If waffles or operations only start later, the opening hours should be clearly aligned across all platforms to avoid customer inconvenience.
