Service and food were excellent- loved the menu selection, ambience was so mellow. Just really nice time. The short rib was soooo soft... Sauce was tasty and the unlimited fries were great! Don’t go too crazy on the bread there won’t be space for the rest of the courses!
From start to finish the service was great, we had Cal (sorry if im wrong) serving us and he was very attentive and catered to any of our needs. The kitchen was very accommodating too. The food was the show stopper. I knew to expect something good but I was even more pleasantly surprised. I like how the food wasnt salty so I couId salt it myself. The ambiance and live jazz music was a lovely touch as well.

We visited this amazing family-run restaurant on 18/12/25, and it completely exceeded our expectations. The concept is a set menu where you choose between two mains; short ribs or salmon, followed by a choice of three desserts, and every single element was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. Everything arrived promptly with no waiting, and the staff were attentive without being intrusive, constantly checking that we were happy and comfortable. You can really feel the care and pride that goes into what they do. The atmosphere truly made the evening special — lively, warm, and full of energy, with a fantastic live saxophone player that added a bubbly atmosphere. The quality of the food was exceptional, beautifully cooked and full of flavour, we can’t wait to return back.
Bone in Hoxton was an amazing dining experience! The beef short ribs in entrecôte sauce were incredibly tender and full of flavour, and the salmon with fries was cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious. We also loved their mocktails — really refreshing and well made. For dessert, everything was spot on, especially the blueberry crumble and the French toast, which were both amazing. Great food, excellent service from Lochland and great vibes, and definitely a place we’d return to. Highly recommend!
