Just go. Literally, just come eat here. I love the fusion style. The Peruvian style rotisserie chicken with the charcoal slow cooking method is just elite level chicken. I’m not even exaggerating, this chicken is the best I’ve had in this area. Next closest to this would be pío pío in NY. I will be spamming this place for my chicken needs. I’ve also had the lomo fries which were perfection with the green sauce all over it. The beef sish combo was good, idk if I’d get it again but I wanted to try something different. They were also able to sub my salad for grilled veggies and that was highly appreciated. All in all, love this place and I hope nothing but the best for this new business. Again, I repeat, just come eat here. Update: Ate at the actual restaurant and the vibes were great. The ladies were super nice and accommodated our every need. I also order the anticuchos and they were so good 😮💨 I kinda wish they served it parillada style with grilled potato’s or something. But overall, another dish for the rotation.
