Visited on 8 March 2026. We placed a takeaway order at 7:15 pm and ended up waiting almost 45 minutes, only receiving our food at around 7:55 pm. About 20 minutes into the wait (around 7:35 pm), we politely asked one of the staff how much longer the food would take. Instead of a professional response, she snapped back rudely: “aiya 5 to 10 minutes more only lah!!”. I was genuinely taken aback. I asked a simple, polite question and that was the attitude I got in return. To make matters worse, that “5 to 10 minutes” turned into another 20 minutes. So not only was the response rude, it was also completely misleading. The problems didn’t stop there. We specifically requested no mayonnaise on the fried mushrooms. When we opened the order, it was covered in mayonnaise. Clearly, the request was either ignored or the kitchen simply didn’t care. Then came the most ridiculous part of the order. I had ordered grilled fish with rice. When I opened the box, the fish looked like it had survived multiple wars. It was so badly overcooked it looked like it had been through World War II, and possibly the Vietnam War as well. The fish was dry, tough, and hard like chicken. Calling that “grilled” is honestly insulting to the word. I’ve attached a photo — anyone with eyes can judge whether that resembles grilled fish in any universe. Between the rude staff, inaccurate wait times, wrong orders, and completely butchered food, the entire experience was frankly a joke. Do yourself a favour and avoid patronising this franchise. There are far better food options in Punggol that actually respect their customers and know how to cook food properly.
