About Naz’s Halal Food

Back in 2009, Naz's Halal Food began as a food truck in Queens, NY, writing the first page in our history. From humble beginnings we opened our first brick and mortar restaurant in January of 2018. We offer a mix of American take out (burgers, wings, etc.) To a Middle Eastern influence, (gyros, falafel, choices of chicken or lamb over rice or salad etc.) Sit in or take out.

I have been looking at ordering for a while now after a friend was telling me about the chicken and rice with white sauce. I finally decided to try tonight and it was surprisingly very good. I love how soft the chicken is. It seems spicy with the first few bites but after eating it there is no lingering spice. My 7 year old liked it however wanted the rice and veggie more. The rice is a brown basmati and the texture and long rice size is so good. Adding the crunch from the veggies and the sauce it’s just a whole experience. Adding the naan it’s a wrap. I ordered the sweet corn to try and it’s so good. Everything was very well made. Wrapped tight and delivered warm. A solid meal and one you can keep on rotation. Thank you Naz’s!
