Edited Review: post my previous review, I’m glad I was able to talk to the owners and my concerns were understood. They acknowledged the issue and were very kind understanding it all. My earlier experiences with kashkan was great and to not forget, I also got a full refund for this bad experience. Hoping for a better one next time. I’ve rated the business with 4 stars for the great experiences before and the most warm, friendliest customer service ever. Went late night coz it was the only Indian food available. I cannot explain how bad the food quality was. It must be flagged for unhygienic practices. We ordered egg chat and egg fried rice. Egg chat: Eggs were cold from the fridge storage and it tasted bitter. But it was somehow masked by the other ingredients. This was the first flag. Egg fried Rice: this was really a huge mistake. The whole fried rice had black flakes from the vessel it was cooked from. Mostly the nonstick or the coating on it. My question is, how couldn’t they see what was in the rice. It was just throughout. Couldn’t even separate a few and eat. Initially I thought it’s pepper, later with the large flakes I was so disappointed to know it was from the vessel. How can they literally do it!!!! I have attached pics for reference. Really very very disappointed.
