I came in for food on Saturday 30/6/26, I was expecting the atmosphere to be welcoming and positive, but I was met with an extremely rude and negative waitress, not sure what her name was but she tall white skin and dark hair, constantly rolling her eyes and made us feel like we were not welcome. She seemed very angry with customers and other staff. Very disappointing as we thought we were gonna have a nice time and a nice meal but she changed that very quickly with her attitude. It is not good for an establishment to hire such horrible people that cannot understand customer service. Very very disappointed. Everyone else was lovely though good on them that they can put up with such a negative character.
