People are nice and all but the place is a mess. It's pretty dirty in the store.

Mashallah very good people. Meat is always cut the way I want it.

This place has variety of meat but unfortunately it is dirty. The place where they keep meat is filled with accumulated dirt from meat.

Very good halal store. Owner is very humble. Servise is good. Try their weekday buffet for only 4.99!

Its amazing - when i see ur site and did not find this famous and reliable store specilly for meat. i never see any store busy then this.

Excellent buffet! All you can eat for under $10! Must try Afghani cuisine!

Finally, a large grocery where you can fill most shopping needs. No need to worry about what you pick up, as is the case in most "name brand" groceries. Great prices on meat. The store even has an on site deli that makes tasty take out bbq chicken and pizza. There is an associated restaurant just up the road at 1723 Wilson Avenue.

Kabul Farms Supermarket has been around for as long as I can remember — over 25 years. I grew up coming here. This is where my family buys our meat and bread. That’s exactly why I’m writing this: because I care, and I’m tired. The condition of the store is unacceptable. It looks dirty, disorganized, and poorly maintained. Walking inside feels dark and neglected — honestly, sometimes it feels like walking into a cave, and a cave might even be cleaner and more organized. For a Muslim-owned business serving a Muslim community, cleanliness should be a priority. Cleanliness is part of our faith. The experience at the butcher counter is especially frustrating. The wait times are unreasonable, and it often feels like certain customers are prioritized over others. Instead of professionalism and efficiency, there is too much talking and not enough serving. Customers shouldn’t feel ignored. It’s 2026. Our community has grown. People from all over the world come here. We should be setting a higher standard — not just in the quality of our halal meat and bread, but in service, organization, and hygiene. I’m not writing this to tear the business down. I’m writing this because I want change. This is my local market. I want to be proud to recommend it to friends and family — but right now, I can’t. Please do better. Our community deserves better.
