The meat is Halal but they do sell alcohol, Not a halal attitude at all. It is also situated in a very predominantly homosexual area, you will see at night. (All of this, collectively, put me off ever going back!) Can I also add that kosher meat is very different to halal meat. Your local masjid should clarify this. Jazakallah Khair.

Excellent Moroccan restaurant. Various couscous and tagines, uniquely spicy harissa, delicious mint tea.

Beware: the meat is kosher (and thus halal) but wine and alcohol is sold in the restaurant which is not what I call a halal attitude for a restaurant.

A small, but very busy Moroccan restaurant with excellent food and quick, but friendly service. Especially delicious: a vegetable tagine, fresh exotic fruit sorbets, and a concession to the French, chocolate mousse cake. Belly dancers perform on weekends.

GoogleThe food was great, but unfortunately the service was very disappointing. The manager came to our table and questioned us about why we didn’t finish everything on our plates and why we didn’t like the dish. The way it was done felt very uncomfortable and embarrassing, especially as it happened in front of other guests. This kind of interaction should be handled more respectfully and privately. Because of this experience, I would not return or recommend this place until the management approach changes. A more professional and respectful attitude toward customers would make a big difference.
