Good enough. My dad when mom is tired of cooking always orders us some sandwiches from Sorrento. It's good.

As far as I know (asked the people at the front) the Lamb meat is halal. I ordered their friday special lamb shank. The taste is average with little or no flavor. I guess I forgot to ask for spicy version of it. There were little or no salt in it (and I eat less salt). Note: The place serves alcohol and there's a huge chance of cross contamination with other non halal food, like every other place that serves haram meat as well.

It was verified to me by the gentleman at the counter that all their meat is halal. I had their daily special which was the lamb stew with eggplant. The eggplant was okay but I was not impressed with the lamb. It didn't seem to be cooked well and I didn't like the taste. It did come with a lot of Persian rice which tasted good along with some bread and yogurt. The setting is nice and there is a nice ambiance. The place is neat and clean and the prices aren't too bad. I do not like the fact they serve alcohol.

I heard only the lamb is halal, either way, I recently had lunch here, a vegetarian dish. The food was pretty good. I'd say its above average.

The food is fantastic ! we eat there at least twice a week. Try the salad sampler or anything else, you can't go wrong.

By far is the best Mediterranean restaurant in Northern Virginia. It is clean and cozy, the food is superb and the service is exceptional. The portions are generous, the kabobs are tasty and juicy, don't miss the Friday special lamb shank - it is out of this world. We have to dine there at least few times a week.

I ordered kubideh kebab few times by phone and was surprised how little the amount of meat they put. Also on several times found order was not what I ordered or missing an item.
