They also sell livestock--mainly baby lamb and calves. I purchased veal and was very unsure if the meat is halal. Because I noticed that the calf was stunned with a captive bolt before being slaughtered. I did have the veal 'coz I was hungry--it was light pink, milk-fed, very juicy, tender and delicious!
