My Husband is Muslim so I try to buy Halaal...this store is about 3blocks from GreenMount Ave. The problem is not INSIDE, it's OUTSIDE, there is no parking! You can fit about 4 cars MAX in the spaces in front of the store. When you enter, the front door glass is cracked. This is in a busy, prosperous medical center area, and they can't make the appearance look better? The store inside is filled with merchandise, lots of frozen Naan, spices, and bisquits to choose from. I have not bought the meat And I don't think I will. Everyone is respectful, but I am searching for a better place to shop, which is why I am on this website. To improve, they need to remodel the store, and remove what doesn't sell. Post signs about parking courtesy I always get blocked in when I shop there. Prices are average to high.

Unfortunately, most of the halal shops and restaurants are not clean enough, and much under the standards of US. This is one of them. [ It is OK to pay twice more for zabihah meat, but at least should be clean.] The ground beef, I bought was smelling garlic or rotten meat. The other items (non-meat) I bought were good and price was also fine.
