I had a very disappointing experience at Roma Bakery. The girl at the front was extremely rude and disrespectful. My order was taking a long time, so I politely asked, "Would you like me to come back in an hour?" Instead of responding professionally, she became defensive and snapped at me, saying, "I go by order." There was no reason to speak to a customer that way. Good customer service means treating people with respect, even when it's busy. I understand that orders can take time, but her attitude was completely unnecessary and made the experience unpleasant. I hope management addresses this issue and provides better customer service training so other customers don't have the same experience.
I love this place. Everyone is so nice. Their food is amazing. Everytime I try something different, from the cheese and meat pies to their pizza and all their different wraps and sandwiches. And of course we cannot forget the sweets they have. Their cookies and the filled dates and cakes. Everytime they have something new for sweets. Really the best bakery I've ever tried.
