Mainly kind staff, with a couple of exceptions. The mall is big enough, lovely enough, for a small town like Lenzburg, and there is a good choice of shopping options. I enjoy thoroughly shopping there, every time I go. No stress for parking and even close to the bus stop or the railway station. Perhaps I'd make the cafe at the upper floor a bit better: last time I went there, there was no way to pay by card.
