I visited twice during my work travel. It is half restaurant / half market. Halal sign was visible and the owner confirmed it. I tried \"the special dish of the day\". One was Lamb over rice, another one was chicken biryani. Food was plenty for the price. The taste was good. However it is not a typical restaurant. Do not expect a service. Take your plate, sit and eat. Particularly, I did not like their restroom. I don\'t understand why they would not invest a couple of hundred dollar to make it little clean. It might be normal for a small town restaurant. Bad restroom is deal breaker for me. I can go back again just because it is a convenient location for me to stop by during my work trip.

I was here in town for an interview, and had the pleasure of meeting the owner of this store/restaurant. The food here is excellent. I honestly can't describe it any other way. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful, and everyone was very friendly. They have a ton of different types of deli meats, cut to your needs. If you don't see something, be sure to ask, because it just might not be on display. They also have a buffet on Fridays. We were very happy that we got the opportunity to visit this deli, and will definitely be there again next time we are in town.

I only shopped there one time so far. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, good old fashioned customer service that you won't find as often these days. I intend to go to the Friday buffet between 2p and 6p. I felt comfortable there. I give it an above average rating thus far.

I still remember the looks my colleagues gave me when we first stepped into this place but once we have eaten there, they were always eager to go back. Sudqi is the chef and man he works wonders. His stuffed lamb was wonderful (and big), baked chicken, humus, falafel, biryani etc. I have never eaten anything in this place that I did not like. If you are in the area, please do visit them but call ahead. They close at 8PM and I believe 6PM on Sunday. They also are not open on Mondays.

I stopped by while attending a seminar at the Wachovia Center (about 7 mins away) and was pleasantly surprised. The philly cheesesteak was very delicious, and the rest of the food I took home for dinner that night was equally as good. The owner and staff were very friendly, and even gave me a place to say my prayers. They also have a nice selection of halal meat and Arab/Indian groceries available. I highly recommend this place!

This is the only halal store in town. If you need to buy meat, cold cuts, pre cooked meals, etc. This is the place to go. The animals are fed organic foods (no chemicals) and the owner drives out to NY to observe the zabihah. Alhamdulilah everything in this store is HALAL ZABIHAH. the groceries range from arab to east asian to american foods. Again, the groceries are halal too. They also make good arab food like gyros, falafel and all that other good stuff. Recently they also started cooking asian food upon request. InshAllah they are planning on extending the restaurant. If you want good clean halal food or need to get some groceries or halal meat, come to this place. InshAllah help these brothers out. The Masjid is right around the corner as well.
