Good food but very expensive. Expect to pay around $50-60 pp. chicken karahi was very good. Mixed grill was average. Presentation was excellent. The restaurant is visited regularly by celebrities. The owner was very polite and offered to stay open late just for us.

Good food especially Lentil soup was amazing. Food is expensive everywhere in Oslo but the owner gave me different dishes of small portions so I could taste different items. Lamb Karahi wasn\'t good as I got Qorma instead of Karahi

God mat og upåklagelig service. Kanskje en smule dyrt for en vanlig helgetur. Men absolutt å anbefale ved spesielle anledninger.

Great food, great service! I go here everytime I travel to Norway, food is expensive but that is anywhere you go in Oslo! Recommend the Honey Chicken Wings with Sesame Seeds for starters! The naan bread is not like what you get in the UK but still ok. Also there presentation of the food is very good! Top restaurant!

A very pleasant modern restaurant catering mainly to business clientele. Food was exquisite. Staff were very pleasant and keen to provide prayer facilities upon request. Owner (Mr Tariq Mehmood Shah) was insistent that all meat served has been Halal since the restaurant opened even though very few of his clients are Muslim.

GoogleI really enjoyed my meal at Mehfel Restaurant. The papadam was nice and crispy, a great little starter while waiting for the main dish. I ordered the king prawn biryani, and it did not disappoint. It was super flavorful, nicely spiced, and very comforting. The rice was perfectly cooked and fragrant, and the prawns were juicy and generous in size. Overall, really tasty food and a satisfying experience. Definitely a good spot if you’re craving a solid, delicious Indian meal.
