Friendly staff. Good atmosphere and clean facilities. Clean working restrooms. Our order of Caspian Combo was rung up incorrectly as Lamb Combo due to poor communication with the cashier. Owner promptly refunded the difference in price and cooked our correct order.

Their Kobeedahs are probably the best one can find around the area. They could work on the service a bit, hence deduction of 1 star.

Clean restaurant, friendly staff, and delicious food. The rice is excellent. The koubideh, spicy chicken kabob, barg, and fish are perfectly cooked.

Call it Caspian House of Kabob or Caspian Cafe ; They serve a variety of Iranian Kabob dishes including Kubideh, Joojeh, Soltani, and Shehlick, all meat is verbally assured by the owners and staff to be Zabihah Halal. Friendly service and great attitude has made me always come back to Germantown!

The kabobs are great, rice is great, prices are decent. Definitely one of the top 5 kabob places in all of the DC area. Kubideh, chicken, and barg are the best!

Very good persian kababs (Kubideh, Fish, Chicken, Barg). The only negative is they are not open too late and the owner/manager is very particular about time.

I had 3 dishes from their menu. The chicken kabab, the Kubideh, and the beef Kabobs. The Kubideh and the chicken were great. The beef, seemed overcooked and very chewy. The restaurant is a casual sit down place, nothing fancy. The wait can be long at times. Its not that expensive at all and overall I think the food is very good. My father says the Nan here is excellent, I have yet to try it.

I have had lunch and dinner. Food is quite good-though it is better to call in advance as it take FOREVER-if you are in a rush-don't bother. The kabobs are good-though they need a bit more species

I agree with bodyplumber that food is OK. Traditional Iranian food has lot more to offer than Caspian does. But this place is just like Moby Dick. Not bad for a quick stop over.

The food was okay. Nice place. Clean. The owner was again very friendly. Not much variety in the food. Food was a little dry but if you ask for their tantalizing yogurt the dryness quickly goes away. One of the cheaper eats. The portions are okay. I would recommend it for a quick lunch time snack not really for a heavier evening meal where you might be left with a persistent craving for more food.

Me and my family have been coming here for years. The food is very good and the staff is friendly. I usually get the Soltani, which consists of a fillet mignon and one kubideh. All their kabobs are good and flame-broiled to perfection. The restaurant itself is pretty spacious. For the space-conscious, you won't feel any claustrophobia in here.
