This has to be one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The staff, especially the person working last night (unfortunately I don’t know his name), was extremely rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. The way he spoke and handled the situation was unacceptable and showed zero respect for customers. There was no effort made to help or resolve anything. Instead, the attitude was arrogant and careless, as if customer concerns didn’t matter at all. Communication was poor, and the entire experience felt disorganized and badly managed. It’s honestly shocking that a global brand like Subway allows this kind of behaviour at one of its stores. There seems to be no proper staff training or supervision at this branch. Very disappointing and frustrating experience overall. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location, especially if this is the level of service being provided.
