I have my shopping delivered from this store for a few years. Some of the people who do the packing and choosing Substitutes Just haven't got a clue. Sandwich meal deals for instance... The Substitutes are way different from what you've chosen in the first place... I ordered 3, 3 drinks, 2 were the same and 1 a different flavour but all same brand. 2 of flavours were 1 flavour and 1 another. Had email saying the 2 were out of stock and the other was fine. Now instead of giving me the 2 the same flavour as the other 1 or giving me a bigger bottle or even a different brand, they just left it as unavailable meaning I'll have to give the 2 uncompleted meals back. It doesn't take a genius. Lazy pickers Cigarettes, when i buy 7 packets of super king Mayfair gold, no Substitutes, I expect them, not 7 packs of kingsize. Pickers need to open their eyes and concentrate on what's been asked. Also I am sick to death of ALL the shops who do delivery always give us nearest sell by dates items. No end of times I had sandwiches that need to be eaten on that day. When doing shopping on line, the website is atrocious. Sometimes it doesn't work. 1 week an item is their, week after it is nowhere to be seen. No end of times things are advertised then when you receive you shopping it's out of stock. Do they ever do stock checks? If your low in stock then don't advertise it. When ring Sainsbury's customers services wantingan voucher to spend in the store, do not let them tell your not allowed a voucher but a cash refund paid back into your bank. You are allowed the voucher so tell them that, do not allow them to fob you off!
