GoogleI had an extremely disappointing experience at House of Sher. The staff in the meat section were unprofessional and clearly lack any proper customer service training. They were rude and insulting, and I was shocked by their "doggy" attitude towards customers—it felt like they were doing me a favor by allowing me to shop there. To make matters worse, the pricing is completely misleading. The prices displayed on the shelves are often not what they charge you at the counter. This deceptive practice, combined with the insulting behavior of the staff, makes for a thoroughly unpleasant shopping experience. I will not be returning.
