MiyaJi is a term of roughly equivalent to Master, Sir, Mister in India, and Pakistan. Kabob Rumali Rolls basically it means charred grilled protein wrapped with Rumali Bread. Rumali (Thin Flat Bread) is famous from North India and can consumed with any curry, Tandoori dishes, and Kabobs. The word Rumal means handkerchief. Our cuisine is trying to bring the natural street food experience, especially with Rumali bread, so our patrons can enjoy it with Indian and Pakistani curries. Bringing Nihari Curry (most famous in Old Delhi and Pakistan) is overnight cooked in traditional way, particularly enjoyed with Naan bread. Haleem , mixture of meat and all grains slow cooked overnight. The flavors are fresh and intense with plenty of herbs and spices that give them perfect warmth and depth consistency.
