We found this restaurant near Chateau D' Eau line 4. We enjoyed our meal and the service was quick. They were reasonably priced as well. The food was quite tasty although the portion was smaller than average restaurant serving. I would recommend this Halaal restaurant when in Paris as there is no alcohol served here. Right next door is a restaurant called "Sheezan" and they owned by the same people. We ate here as well and the food was exactly the same and equally tasty.

Salaam to all readers, My wife and I were visiting Paris and were dying to get some halal Desi food. I had this place in mind post my day visit but wasn't to sure how to get here. Due to some distraction at Eiffel tower when we headed back to our room at the hotel It was late and I had to catch the last train at 12:15 from Gare du Nord, and I wasn't really sure if I'd come to this place and find it closed. Anyway we got here it was open at 10:45, we ordered a seeks kabab, chicken tilkka, a plate of beef biryani and 3 naan, As far as time, the food arrived pretty quickly as we were short on time, yes the portion size were smaller then what we were accustomed to but...... They were perfect as we were visiting and had no arrangments to hold and heat food. We were full and satisfied with the meal, we did have room for dessert and tea, it was perfect as I didn't wake up the next morning with a heart burn. Taste well kabab and chicken was fine, however the biryani was more like eating a tehri then biryani, however as hungry as we were we didn't mind. After all it's Paris!

We went there many times and the food is really average. Nothing to do with traditional Indian food. We asked for deserts and portions are too small. It's not worth the price. Too expensive and the food didn't seem fresh...the place is small and staff not very nice. For those who want tasty Indian food, do not go there.

I grew up in a place where Baskin Robbins was the creme de la creme when it came to ice cream. As a result, it hasn't always been easy for me to see ice cream as a form of art. Until Berthillon Galcier came into my life, of course. Berthillon is an old school Parisian glacier, serving up small scoops of flavor packed ice creams and sorbets. After a long morning of touristing around, I decided to treat myself to a cool refreshing sweet. I went with a scoop each of passionfruit and raspberry in a cone. Never before have I tasted ice cream so flavorful and pure. I may as well have been eating the fruit (in a sweeter, frozen, and more sinful variety of course). In true French form, the serving size is just perfect -- enough to satisfy the craving without being overwhelming. A definite recommendation when in Paris!
