Excellent food and keeping it good as we revisited this city.

I was visiting boston and found this restaurant on zabihah. Excellent food and service. One of the finest restaurant in US. Very clean area/bathroom friendly staff. We tried nihari, seekh kabob, haleem and it was very good, gajar halwa was amazing. Highly recommended for desi people. We definitely go there again.

Darbar i will recommend to everyone. They just opened up about month or so. Food is awesome, Tasty you will love it. Its a Family Owned Business and very pleasent and welcomeing. Best for Family or friends. Been there twice already and planning on going back soon. Do try Halawa Puri and Pai only on saturday and Sunday. Food is well worth the price. I went to this location after 2 Years. I was very Disappointment. Food got expensive and quality went down.

Ghost was really good, I enjoyed it. ...Chicken biryani was cold .., parking is a bitch . When told him About the rice the guy ( I think ci owner) start telling me about the catering job he did for 800 people and how every one loved it ....Don't know what that had to do with my cold chicken biryani for 2 :)

We've visited this restaurant for years now ever since it opened a few years ago. This used to be a 'store' that owners converted to a restaurant - good call! They stay very busy and get a good mix of customers. The decor and service is so much better now. Food is okay... not 'finger lickin good' or 'out of the world' yummy. You will enjoy the meal. The owners/servers used to want to have a conversation with you while you are enjoying the meal with family.. and that was SOO annoying. Glad they've stopped doing that.

Was not satisfied with the food options and the prices. I felt that everything was over priced and there were not many vegetarian dishes. Although my waitress was very kind and helpful.

The food was excellent with generous portions. It was well worth the 56 mile round trip. Overall I thought their prices were just about right. We spent $72 for 4 people and that included sweets and we took food home.

It's nice food is worth the money, nothing to travel for.

Tandoori naan was damn good. Very nice owner.

Average place for Pakistani cuisine

A good buffet for $14. A wide selection of meat and vegetable dishes. The cooking is authentically Pakistan. Somewhat salty though.

Perfect food and very nice customer service. The food was nicely spiced and it reminded me of a home cooked meal. Just moved out to Boston and am so happy to have found this place.

The reason I NR is because I've only tried one rollup sandwich but other than that I'm I would have giving it a 2/5 because i waited a very long time for my food to come about 20 minutes and the prices were overpriced in my opinion because I gave about eight dollars for a rollup chicken kabab and if it tasted great then that might have made up for it but it didn't taste that well either, it was average. Bad overall experience, wouldn't recommend their roll ups but perhaps the plates are better. But the people seemed friendly.

I love this place and its 'uncles' who make my visits more enjoyable by their continous checking of the tables and random chit chat. The whole atmosphere is very friendly and the food is wonderful. Try their weekend buffet you will love it. They have the best the paya/nihari and bbq with great Nan/Roti in town. Overall I like to visit this place every now and then.

- No good food. Very Dissatisfied. - tried behari kabab and it was awful - chapli kabab felt more like RUBBER. - had ordered chicken jalfrezi for take out and was missing in my bag and I paid for it already? And when i called them after I found the missing order, owner says he cannot revert the charge and recharge my card with a different amount instead says he will waive that amount on my next visit (even though I said I might not be there again as I had been to Mass for special visit and and it's like 100 miles from my place). Please try any other authentic Pakistani restaurant around there instead of wasting your money. I love trying different cuisine so I try visiting different restaurants but this restaurant was a disappointment to me in TASTE and QUALITY of the food. Hope this helps.

The food at this place was great. It was neat and clean. We had the lunch buffet and everything there tasted great. We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing lunch at Darbar. The owner was very nice and stopped by our table to ask us if we found everything OK. I will definitely recommend this restaurant if one is in the vicinity. Their Haleem was amazing since generally Haleem isn't so great at most Pakistani restaurants.

We went here on a Sunday while they were having their weekend brunch buffet. The quality of the food was excellent and the had a large variety, including haleem and paya. Reasonable price too.

Friendly atmosphere. Great food, not too spicy and for a buffet it was really great at a great price. I do recommend it as the restaurant owner was so nice and started to feed my toddler! It cant get any better than that. Jazakum allah kul khair and keep up the work!

OM NOM NOM very delicious. I especially like the Halawa Puri and how most meat dishes are boneless for few distractions as I gorge myself on all of the tasty fare. I strongly recommend.

Mashallah, this is an excellent restaurant! I went here with my family, and we all loved it. The food is homemade-style, with very tender meat and very fresh flavours. I really loved the beef nihari. The owner is a very nice, energetic man, and he has a cute little boy who likes to play in the corner. The decor is very tasteful, and the experience was all-in-all wonderful. I hope to return soon, insha Allah!

the dinner buffet is very expensive at this place given the choice of food. the food taste is very blank. would not recommend.

We just returned from a dinner buffet. I felt that the food was a very well cooked tasty meal without excess oil. It was like mom's cooking when we host dinner for family and friends. The co-owner is very pleasant and welcoming. His (co-owner) brother is a quiet person. I plan to bring my friends here.

Absolutely authentic Pakistani food in Boston. You can get it here at a reasonable price and the portions are quite large. I would definitely visit again. Perfect for families too.

Despite a lot of negative reviews I had great experience there. The food are all halal. I dined in for lunch buffet available sat and sunday till 6 pm. You can also do ala carte. Lunch menus were very tasty and did not disappoint at all. The kalezi, kabab and haleem was spot on. If you need lemon for the haleem ask for it and they will bring some. The kheer was perfectly sweet.

Very nice and delicious food. Very kind family running the restaurant. All fresh ingredients and delicious tasting food. I say it is the best place in the city to have there cuisine it is also a delight and pleasure to have them in the neighbourhood. Clean place and well taken care of. They care about there place and take pride in being in Brighton to provide the best Pakistani food in the city for more then ten years.

Very good food at a reasonable prices. Service is okay. Would have liked to be asked how is the food ir if everything is okay. Even for the checkout, I had to initiate it. Has good seating. There are some free parking spots on the street and a parking lot across the street. Try Peshawari Naan, it's amazing. We had Shrimp Biryaani, Bheza Masala (goat brain); both items were very good. Place has been in business long time.

Darbar is a great spot! I went with a friend, and we both loved the Nihari! Samosa chat was also very flavorful! Service and quality were both excellent. Would highly recommend for anyone in the Boston area looking for Pakistani food.
