The food is excellent. Try the chai tea and mango lassi as well. Also, the kheer is definitely like no other I've tried. The only negative I can think of is the location being out of way (North Nashville), but the drive is worth it.
Only partial halal menu including a few beef and goat items. Chicken not halal which is disappointing. Seating is decent. Mostly non-desi, non-middle eastern clientele. Food was average. Again, we could not try any of the chicken items. The chef was nice. I would recommend to expand the halal menu, otherwise not much muslim people will be able to come.
I\'m honestly not sure how this restaurant has made it on TV, but for middle eastern food, it is by far THE WORST middle eastern restaurant in the country. I\'m not sure if it was because I went there having high expectations, but the food did not taste good at all. There were thing\'s that we couldn\'t have more than one bite of like the Taboulah. Besides that, the menu items are very limited and I would consider the restaurant pricey for what it is.
