It is not halal!
I had a good experience here. Not everything is Zabihah but they will let you know what is. The shawarma plate was ok. It cost $10 and comes with some chicken, salad, and hummus. The chicken was kind of bland but the hummus was good. The labneh was also good (as if that requires skill to make :)). If it weren't for the unlimited free delicious bread they keep bringing, I would say this place is expensive. The ambiance and our server was what made the experience special.
If you are reading this review, it means that you care about Halal food. Try some other place to eat. Not the right place for you. Still you dont believe, go there and you will surely find out.
Their halal menu is very small. Wraps , naan and tea is great the rest of items are dry and not do good, once again very limited supply of hallal be artful not every thing is hallal on the menu only the red dots
Very expensive compare with food
This place used to be pretty good a few years ago but now the quality and portion sizes have gone down. The shwarmas are very bland. The grilled plates only include maybe 5 botis. They used to put sun dried tomatoes in the salads but they stopped doing that. Its also very congested and over crowded. I like the outdoor expansion but its not enough. Only good thing about this place is the naan.
I went there with my mom coz she was craving Falafel and I had a jones for some shawarma. Falafel was good, a little bit on the underseasoned side. The Humus was just ok and the tabouleh was above average. Oh and the beef shawarma was to my liking, although a bit overdone. I wouldn't say the place is exceptional but the bread they kept doling out was AMAZING! nice, hot, crusty and chewy. I recommend paying this place a visit.
The food is used to be better did they changed their chief
When I visited San Antonio I went to this place two times, naan and chicken shawrma were very good.
We are visiting San Antonio from Dallas. Tonight we went to Pashas to have dinner. Food and service was excellent. Make sure to have tea also. It is outstanding.
horrible service, decent khoobideh kababs. Nice atmosphere, kind of copied the Zios Italian Cafe agenda
very bad service, hate their garlicy flavored kabob , so bad i got a stomch burn for two days
Nice food, but small Halal selection. I keep getting confused as to what is Halal and what is not. They have small marks on the menu when ordering, but I think they changed them recently.
Nice setting and atmosphere. Great food.
The only halal is the beef shawarma which was delicious, the taboule and Humous were not good prices are ok
great staff and welcome everyone with a smile. great food
