food is good alhamdulillah. did NOT see any alcohol for sale...typical turkish fare for the region, similar to what i have had in tokyo. Koftas are delicious and the area is close to the masjid in kowloon/nathan road. convenient to transportation.
though the price is averagely high, the turkish food is tasty
It is located very near to the Mosque in Tsim Sha Tsui. Lovely Turkish Food, both my husband and I enjoyed it. Price is average. Soup and Lahmacun is over priced! The rest is ok!
Amazing Turkish Food , very authentic, humble and polite service.. Pure Halal.. a must come again spot to eat in Hong Kong
Really enjoyed our meal—shared hummus and lavash bread between the two of us then chicken doner roll for each. Fresh, tasty and filling. Their garlic sauce is excellent; also enjoyed the spicy one. We met and talked to the owner—very involved in his business and takes pride in his restaurant. We will be back!
Highly disappointed. We went here once before and thought the food was delicious (and service seemed decent, although we were the only customers at the time). Hence, we were really looking forward to coming back. This time, the service was terrible. There were loads of staff marching up and down the narrow room and shouting across it, and the manager was loudly doing business transactions in the doorway with people evidently far more important than returning customers. (Last time, we sat at a table beside the manager whilst he appeared to be having a meeting with someone about his turnover and profits). We sat down for ten minutes at a dirty table and searched out a menu for ourselves but were completely ignored the whole time, despite the amount of staff that walked passed us. In the end we gave up and left without anyone appearing to notice or care, and took our custom directly across the road to a restaurant that did know how to welcome customers.
Great value for money ? no service charge
Ordered a lamb kebab with salad. It's a set that comes with a drink. Food is okay. Salad is fresh. I asked for Turkish tea instead of soft drink. Bring back good memories of traveling in Turkey.
Authentic taste, medium serving. A bit expensive and cramped in my opinion.
Very cramped space with most of the owners buddies and himself taking up 4-6 seats.; they weren’t even doing anything except talking on the phone. Service was real slow despite not being crowded. It’s a real disappointment that they had to behave in this way. Other Turkish outlets have so much faster service. The owner occasionally stands outside and drinks tea; looking at his customers waiting for food. Strange, that nothing appeared to make him improve his service. When the food finally came; it was average at best. Once two of his buddies finished eating; they started to smoke right at the entrance of the restaurant. With a fan near the entrance blowing all the smoke in at other patrons. I wish it was a better experience.
Awesome for after drinks food, just hits the spot. Tasty, fast and healthy.... Load up on the sauces for a treat you'll come back again and again. I've been going 20 years, since the opened and I'm never disappointed. Seems to be a family run business. Ebenezer is across the way and it's also great
