Today’s the first time in a really long time that I felt like I cooked Arab food just like back home. The spices are authentic and fragrant, the ready-made hilwat jibin was fresh, and I finally found the right pasta and bulgur I’ve been searching for. Their pricing is comparable to major stores like Walmart, so you’re not paying more for specialty items. What I appreciate most is that I don’t have to second-guess whether something is halal - I can shop with confidence and peace of mind. The hospitality was warm and welcoming, but and even the shop next door carries Zam Zam water, which was such a nice touch. What a great way to begin my Ramadan prep!
