This is the worst Asda I have visited and one of the poorest supermarket experiences I have ever had. I arrived at the store approximately 10 minutes before closing time to purchase a single item. There were still customers both inside and outside the store, all tills were open, and the shop appeared to be operating as normal. However, a manager named Dulal, who introduced himself as the night manager, refused to allow me to enter the store. He simply stated that the store was closed, despite the fact that customers were still shopping inside. His attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, and he showed no interest in helping a customer who only needed to make a quick purchase before the advertised closing time. People use convenience stores and supermarkets because they expect convenience, accessibility, and good customer service. Unfortunately, this experience was the complete opposite. I have never encountered this kind of behaviour at any other Asda or supermarket. What was most disappointing was the manager’s apparent lack of concern. He seemed completely unbothered by the situation and unwilling to provide any explanation beyond saying the store was closed, even though it was clearly still serving customers. I hope senior management reviews this incident and takes steps to improve customer service standards at this store, as this experience fell far below what customers should reasonably expect from Asda.

I have been to this store on several occasions at different times of the day weekdays n weekends. it's always soo disorganised,wrong price labels for items, empty shelves!! I really don't know what the trolley attendes n security do as ivwatched just standing together chit chatting for over 10 mins. There were no trolleys at the front so there was work to be done. It's really really gone down hill!

Went to Asda George in Perry Barr this evening to drop off a return. There was a young lady called Aaliyah who assisted me in George (sorry if i have spelt your name wrong). Aaliyah was exceptionally helpful, pleasant, polite with a lovely demeanour which stood out. Asda are very lucky to have Aaliyah as an employee and i wish her great success in her career. Thank you for your assistance today Aaliyah.

visited my local Asda, and I was pretty disappointed with the state of the store. I noticed a bunch of eggs that were cracked open. The shelves were also looking quite dirty.

I love to do shopping in the Asda store, I love ❤️ go there but why are the associates very rude talk with Customers? I see there is one of the big problems is people are very very slow very slow. They have to maintain customer service because wait one hour. Most of the stock is not able Anyway give 5 stars 💫 Best of luck all team 👥
