I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding an extremely poor experience during my recent visit to your store. An associate named Rozina was not only rude and unprofessional, but also falsely accused us of tampering with a price sticker—claiming it was from Dollarama. This accusation was both offensive and unfounded. We expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, This experience has left us feeling humiliated and unwelcome. Frankly, even if I had purchased price stickers from Dollarama, does it make any sense that I would go around marking down multiple products—only to purchase just three items? That accusation was not only baseless, but insulting. I’ve attached photos showing the marked-down stickers in question, which were already on the items. We expect to be treated with respect when shopping, and this incident was both humiliating and unacceptable. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately to prevent future occurrences.
