GoogleAfter years of being a loyal customer, this was an absolute shambles. A simple Just Eat order was accepted with an ETA, then cancelled 40 minutes later with no explanation. Repeated calls to the restaurant went unanswered. Just Eat’s customer service was completely useless, as expected. To make things worse, I then received a call from the delivery driver saying the food was on the way. Thirty minutes later, nothing arrived. I’ve called the driver twice which has arrived at voicemail. This is why my review is a 1 star. The food may be decent, but the customer service is terrible. Poor communication, no accountability, and a complete waste of time. Disappointing, frustrating, and unacceptable. Other takeaways might accept your money and deliver a service. This one clearly doesn’t!
