I hear that Touati makes the best merguez, but after a bad experience (a stomach ache), I decided to try again, and I can confirm that his merguez are inedible for me. Furthermore, during Ramadan, I saw him refuse to sell a skewer to a young elderly man: he curtly told him that he doesn't work to sell just one skewer. So I won't be going back to his place.
