GoogleAfter spending a significant amount of money on food at this Subway, I was shocked by how rude and unhelpful the staff were. My child simply asked for a cup of water, which is typically free, and despite already having purchased plenty of food, the staff flat-out refused. The attitude was dismissive, unfriendly, and completely unnecessary especially when dealing with a child. Basic courtesy and customer service were completely lacking. This experience was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location, and I strongly suggest management address the staff’s behavior and retrain them on basic customer service.
