Finally a Halal version of Subway in my area. Very good and conviently located in the Wood Green Shopping Centre.

GoogleI was really disappointed with my experience. I ordered a Subway salad and it was honestly terrible. There was no care or effort put into it at all — it was mostly just lettuce, with barely any cheese, pickles, sweetcorn, or olives. There were only a few pieces of meat thrown on top and barely any sauce. It felt rushed and careless, like no one actually cared about the order. To make things worse, they completely forgot the guacamole. I then had to walk 20 minutes back to the store to get it remade, which understandably made me even more frustrated. When I got there, the same guy who served me had really poor customer service. There was no apology, no empathy, and no compensation for the inconvenience. Instead, he made comments like “well this is why you order in store” — which was rude and unnecessary, especially since the mistake was theirs. Overall, awful service, poor quality food, and no accountability. Definitely won’t be returning unless things seriously improve.
