Came here, were denied access to the pool even though we called prior to arriving AND plenty of available benches. We waited for almost an hour to be served a sugarless mojito and they didn’t even make the other drink we ordered. Plenty of staff on the floor but no one to serve us, we had to fight for the waiters attention. It was not even that busy. Very poor service, would not recommend at all.
