Per April 10, 2011 GBK website, the chicken used for burgers is Halal and is cooked in 100% rapeseed oil in a fryer specified for chicken only, however the grilled chicken used for salads and kebobs are cooked on the same grill as the bacon. The beef, lamb, and venison are not Halal. GBK does not offer halal Grilled Chicken as an option.

Excellent burgers. Pity only the chicken is halal.

GoogleI visited around 17:30 on a Saturday evening and had no trouble getting a table for myself. I had the smashed blue cheese burger with some chunky chips and a dip. I thought the food was delicious and it arrived quickly with friendly service. Being able to order from my phone was useful too.
