Authorized halal by an Islamic organization. Per April 10, 2011 GBK website, the chicken used for burgers is Halal and is cooked in 100% rapeseed oil in a fryer specified for chicken only, however the grilled chicken used for salads and kebobs are cooked on the same grill as the bacon. The beef, lamb, and venison are not Halal. GBK does not offer halal Grilled Chicken as an option.

GoogleLimited menu but its exactly what the concept is for a "medium posh" burger shop. The burgers are flavourful. Although I noticed some inconsistencies across the same item regarding texture and taste. I guess depending on the Chef but usually always good in different ways. I have had takeaway and eat-in here so I understand both experiences. Cleanliness can be better overall (Toilet, Restaurant floor and cups and cutlery). Staff and Management are great. I had my order mixed up order and the whole order was replaced for free the next time I visited.
