I was shopping here more than 9 years ,never complained about nothing but today the behaviour of manager was out of order. Apparently the 5 items rule is not for everyone, will wait more than 10 minutes on the queue because one customer ( manager friend) have 25 items . When we ask why, manager said if you don’t like you may go , good bye , not very nice. The one star rating is for customer service , not for the store , we like this store .
