GoogleAppalling customer service at this store. Went in to return a couple of F & F blouses - unworn, with tags and with the purchase receipt bought in store and therefore still saleable goods. Because they were a couple of days outside 30 day returns window, the customer service manager flatly refused to accept them back. I told her I didn't expect a refund back to my card (as it was outside 30 day window), and asked if she could instead issue a store credit/voucher for me to spend in store that day. She again flatly refused. Checked Tesco website when I got home - stores can use discretion for returns outside of 30 day window. Clearly this manager could not be bothered about offering any form of customer service. I'm going to shop elsewhere from now on.
